The issuanco of this pormit does not ensure that no injury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested water right from seeking relief in a civil court action. 2) Construction details for this existing well have not been provided to this office;therefore,it is not known if the construction of this well is in compliance with the Water Well.Construction Rules,2 CCR 402-2. This well is known as GW-1. 4) The date of first beneficial use,as claimed by the applicant,is December 31,1981, 5) Information submitted to the Division of Water Resources Indicates that this monitoring well may have been constructed without a protective steel casing or flush-mount vault over the PVC casing. If such protective material is not presently Installed,construction of the well shall be brought into compliance with Rule 14 of the Water Well Construction Rules within sixty(60)days or the monitoring well shall be plugged and abandoned.
