This number does not include 14 wells (SOM-21-1,
SOM-16-H, 96-27-1, SO.W-1, SOM-45-H2, SOM-3E, SOM 13, SOM 129-H, SOM-23-
H-1, SOM-23-H-2, SOM-23-H-3, SOM-313, 96-2-2, and SOM-23-H-4) that have been
irreparably damaged or blocked or have collapsed casing.
A detailed discussion of the groundwater monitoring wells, and a map showing the well
locations can be found in the 2014 Annual Hydrology Report (HydroGeo, 2015). A
summary of the groundwater monitoring well characteristics is presented in Table 6, and
a summary of the groundwater monitoring program, including mining areas monitored is
presented in Table 7. The water level elevation graphs and water quality data for the
period of record for all of the groundwater monitoring wells are summarized in Appendix
F and G, respectively.
June 2017 HydroGeo, Inc.
