PART I
Permit No.: C00000906
'This SAR limit is to be calculated using the actual measured EC value (30 -day average) of the effluent and substituting this value in to the
following equation to solve for SAR. The equation for determining the SAR limit is: SAR = (7.1 ' EC) - 2.48. This limitation is capped at 9.
z The SAR value of the effluent is to be reported as the adjusted SAR. Seethe definitions section in Part I.C.17 for information on calculating
the adjusted SAR value.
3The permittee shall compare the SAR value of the effluent (adjusted SAR) to this calculated SAR limitation and report as Pass/Fail whether the
effluent SAR meets this value. If the SAR effluent value (adjusted SAR) is less than or equal to the calculated limit, then the permittee will
report "Pass" and if it is greater than the calculated limit the permittee will report "Fail."
Beginning July 1, 2018
0.016
Report
2 Days/Month
Grab
Beginning April 1, 2019
0.016
0.0024
2 Days/Month
Grab
01323
Se, PD (pg/1)
Through April 30, 2017
7.8
29
Beginning May 1, 2017
7.8
29
Report
2 Days/Month
Grab
Beginning July 1, 2018
7.2
29
Report
2 Days/Month
Grab
Beginning April 1, 2019
7.2
29
1.2
2 Days/Month
Grab
01303
Zn, PD (pg/1)
Report
Report
Semi -Annual
Grab
82057
B, Tot (mg/l)
Through April 30, 2017
40
Beginning May 1, 2017
40
Report
2 Days/Month
Grab
Beginning July 1, 2018
6.3
Report
2 Days/Month
Grab
Beginning April 1, 2019
6.3
0.96
2 Days/Month
Grab
00940
Chloride (mg/1)
Report
Quarterly
Grab
51202
Sulfide as HZS (Mg/0
Report
Quarterly
Grab
00918
Calcium (mg/1)
Report
Report
2 Days/Month
Grab
00921
Magnesium (mg/1)
Report
Report
2 Days/Month
Grab
00923
Sodium (mg/l)
Report
Report
2 Days/Month
Grab
00440
Bicarbonate as HCO3 (mg/1)
Report
Report
2 Days/Month
Grab
00931
SAR calculated limit'
Report
Report
2 Days/Month
Calculated
00931
Adjusted SAR effluent2
Report
Report
2 Days/Month
Calculated
51613
SAR pass/fail3
Beginning July 1, 2018
Pass/Fail
Report
2 Days/Month
Calculated
00094
EC (dS/m)
Through June 30, 2018
3.1
2 Days/Month
Grab
Beginning July 1, 2018
2.1
2 Days/Month
Grab
WET, chronic
Static Renewal 7 Day
NOEC or
TKP6C
Chronic Pimephales
IC25 > 63%
Quarterly
3 Grabs / Test
promelas
Static Renewal 7 Day
NOEC or
TKP3B
Chronic Ceriodaphnia
IC25 > 63%
Quarterly
3 Grabs / Test
dubia
—
'This SAR limit is to be calculated using the actual measured EC value (30 -day average) of the effluent and substituting this value in to the
following equation to solve for SAR.
