The Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has jurisdiction for this activity. <br />Outfall 007 - Stormwater runoff from raw coal stockpiles, coal preparation plant area, internal haul roads, <br />equipment laydown area, top soil, and development waste piles, is routed to pond 007 where treatment is <br />accomplished using gravity separation. Wastewater from pond 007 is discharged to the Middle Fork Purgatoire <br />River via outfall 007. <br />Outfall 008 - Stormwater runoff from coal preparation plant refuse pile on the north side of Highway 12, where <br />wastewater treatment is accomplished using gravity separation. Wastewater from pond 008 is discharged to the <br />Middle Fork Purgatoire River via outfall 008. <br />Outfall 010 - Stormwater runoff from the east SAE area is directed through a diversion ditch, commingles with the <br />discharge from outfall 007, and is discharged to the Middle Fork Purgatoire River. This is a new outfall designation <br />in the permit for an existing discharge. <br />Outfall 011 - Stormwater runoff from the north topsoil SAE area is directed through a diversion ditch, and <br />discharged to the Middle Fork Purgatoire River. This is a new outfall designation in the permit for an existing <br />discharge. <br />Outfall 012 - Stormwater runoff from the west SAE area (Phase I bond released) is discharged to the Middle Fork <br />Purgatoire River. This is a new outfall designation in the permit for an existing discharge. <br />VI. PERFORMANCE HISTORY <br />A. Monitoring Data <br />1. Discharge Monitoring Reports - The following tables summarize the effluent data reported on the Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for the previous permit term, from March 2009 through March 2014. Note that no <br />discharge was reported during the previous permit term for outfalls 001 A, 004 and 008. <br />
