Current disturbed area (developed water resource area) .................................. 4.8 <br />Total...............................................................................................................411.8 <br />Reclamation Liability <br />Phase III reclamation liability for the 4.8 acre Developed Water Resources Area is <br />comprised of: <br />a. Approximately 2.98 acres that are between ponds (inter -pond areas) and are <br />subject to revegetation success standards, <br />b. Approximate 0.98 acres aggregate area of the Long Pond, Pond T-1, Pond T- <br />2 and Pond P-9 having no further reclamation obligations because they have <br />been approved as permanent structures, <br />C. Approximately 0.23 acres of pipelines that carry underground mine water <br />from Mine No 1 and Mine No 3 to the Long Pond (including the manhole <br />valve enclosure near the portal of Mine No 3, having no further reclamation <br />obligations because they have been approved permanent structures). <br />d. Approximately 0.7 acres comprised of the refuse pond and the open ditch <br />from P-9 to the refuse pond. No reclamation obligations for the ditch and <br />refuse pond since they have been approved as permanent structures, <br />TR -28 4 -ix (Rev. 07/14) <br />
