This system is <br />designed with a back -up -to -dump truck hopper of 60 -ton capacity with a <br />vibrating feeder under the hopper feeding a 30 -inch wide, 500 tph <br />conveyor. <br />The hopper is constructed of a stiffened mild steel plate lined with <br />abrasion resistant liners, and is sized to hold 60 tons of coal at 50 <br />pounds per cubic foot. <br />The hopper support structure is constructed of structural steel shapes <br />anchored to concrete footings. There are access stairs from the top <br />of the dump to the loadout floor area; and there is an access platform <br />of bar grating around the cutoff gate. <br />4-23 <br />
