I am attaching the original questions with DRMS responses. <br />I know Rich Rudin has been talking to Clayton about the Railroad bridge and the 46,000 volt line from the Metering Point <br />to the Loadout area, but I am concerned with the other large item on the RCE you sent --the Site Maintenance. It is <br />$379,000 --for pond clean up. I thought it was over a period of time, but appears to be for 10 ponds. It is critical to know if <br />these are part of the parcels under the "change of use" application Permit Rev #5. The estimates are all "User <br />provided". They were done in February 2015. We need to understand the status. <br />Rich is going to be calling Clayton back with these questions.
