We discussed that the mine will be liable to clean up any fuels or chemicals
stored at the site. This is correct, as well as, possibly any mine debris in the area that is proposed in the land use
change. The remaining land that is a part of the loadout permit area but not proposed to have the land use change, will
be reclaimed to the standards outlined in the Bowie No. 1 Mine Permit.
Sincerely,
Clayton Wein
Environmental Protection Specialist
Ire
P 303.866.3567 x 8144 1 F 303.832.8106
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203
clayton.wein@state.co.us I http://mining@state.co.us
https:Hmail.google.com/mail/b/Alk_JgZm6FlsvK5zcWRuUDfTyk9O-1 GcFethCOkimz7HRx3BmvXX/u/O/?ui=2&ik=deb7fOcd2O&jsver=7BEilyElYTQ.en.&... 1/1
