Transit Mix intends to reseed disturbed areas using a seed mix that was approved in NOI P-2014-
016.

The seed mix denoted above is a change from the one submitted in the first response to Notice of
Deficiencies for NOI P-2017-008. The seed mix submitted previously was the temporary seed
mixture specified in the denied 112 permit application M-2016-010. For consistency, Transit
Mix will use the same seed mix that was approved in NOI P-2014-016. This seed mix will be
placed via drill seeding to also be consistent with NOI P-2014-016. This will insure that all seed
placed in drill pad and road reclamation will be of the same make up and placement method.
e. Seed bed preparation and seed application
The reclamation seed mix detailed in part c. of this section will be placed in the freshly
graded area by the drill seeding method.
