This is an existing mineral material pit previously managed by Pioneer <br /> Sand. Pioneer Sand's BLM mineral material contract expired in 2010. The surface is private, <br /> the minerals belong to the United States.The Little Snake Field Office will be processing 3B <br /> Enterprises' application per the regulations found at 43 CFR§3600. 3B Enterprises may not <br /> sever mineral materials until they have been issued a BLM Mineral Material Permit.
