Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste Y -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was an aerial inspection of the Williams Fork Mines;DRMS Permit No. C-1981-044, operated by Moffat <br /> County Mining,LLC (MCM). The inspection report was completed by Tabetha Lynch with the Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety. The aerial photos were taken by Harry Ranney. The weather was clear. <br /> Reclamation activites have occurred at the site earlier in the summer but no activity was noted during this <br /> inspection. Title IV work was occuring at the time of inspection. <br /> The Division received notice on November 10,2016 from MCM removing the Williams Fork Mine from <br /> Temporary Cessation Status. The return to active status due to reclamation activites increases the inspection <br /> frequency by the Division to two partial inspections and one complete inspection each quarter. The change in <br /> status also returns the site to the orginal permit requirements with regard to hydrologic monitoring. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage ❑Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Ponds appear dry at the time of inspection. Area within the conveyor disturbance corridor appears to be re- <br /> growing vegetation and waddles are present.
