Mickey Fouts <br /> COAG Corporation <br /> 200 S Wilcox Street <br /> Castle Rock CO 80104 <br /> Colorado DRMS <br /> 1313 Sherman St DECEIVED <br /> Denver CO 80203 June 24, 2017 <br /> JUN 2 8 2017 <br /> Re Franklin and Freighters Friend Shafts; DRMS Fil P-2007-069 DM$ION OF RECLAMATION <br /> MINING&SAFETY <br /> Corrective Action <br /> Dear Sirs; <br /> Due to ongoing safety concerns associated with working in a deep shaft <br /> we have taken more time than anticipated. <br /> While the workings are basically in good shape, safety concerns must be addressed. <br /> We are now advancing on a plan to re-timber the franklin shaft for the first three levels. <br /> this should allow for the hoisting of our bulk sample. <br /> We now submit a date of November 20, 2019 as a completion date for this round <br /> of prospecting activity. <br /> Thus far we have only obtained small samples that have been used to confirm grades <br /> and determine probable extraction methods. <br /> In the mine itself we have encountered a small sluff area that will need to be cleared <br /> before we can safely hoist our sample. <br /> This area is on sixth level and blocks our secondary access. It requires more labor and <br /> materials than anticipated in our effort to access B stope. <br /> To Date: Sampling & Recon. Assessment of 6th sluff area. General housekeeping <br /> and maintenance. <br /> Going Foreword; Clear & Timber Sluff area ( 10 to 20 feet) on 6th. <br /> Re-Hab Franklin Shaft to 6th Level (270 feet down), Hoist bulk sample. <br /> John Miner <br /> VP COAG Corporation <br />
