(TC), DRMS <br />Permit No. C-1982-056. The inspection was an OSM Oversight of a complete inspection. Tabetha Lynch and <br />Dan Hernandez with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) conducted the ground <br />inspection between 6/19/2017 and 6/22/2017. Dan Mackinnon with the Office of Surface Mining, was present for <br />the entire inspectionh. Either Jerry Nettelton or Miranda Blomquist with TC accompanied the the inspection. The <br />weather was mostly clear and hot. All areas of the mine were accessible. Maintenance items are bulleted below. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> Records were checked at the mine office. Details are provided at the end of this report. Subsidence <br />monitoring was being conducted at the mine and recent data was available for review. <br /> <br />BACKFILL and GRADING – Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> The 10 R pipeline area was backfilled and graded and seeded in late Fall of 2016.
