Manganese concentration is significantly <br /> higher in VIN 213-140 than it is in VIN 2A-270, and VIN 26-140 contains no detectable zinc. Interestingly, <br /> zinc was not detected in VIN 2A-270 until 2014, and with the exception of the 29 November 2016 sample, <br /> has been at relatively consistent concentration. The concentration of manganese in VIN 213-140 appears <br /> to be on a declining trend. Manganese shows a positive correlation with precipitation until late 2010, <br /> when the relationship became negatively correlated. <br />
