2.0 PRECIPITATION <br />Precipitation data presented on Table P and Charts P1 and P2 is from the NOAA station in Uravan, <br />Colorado, 10.5 miles to the northwest of the mine. Precipitation for the 2013/2014 growing season (June <br />2013 through May 2014 was determined to be 130% of average when compared to the 9 -year average <br />(16.03 in. vs. 12.36 in.). Therefore, collected data are reflective of above average vegetative vigor and <br />production. Perusal of Chart P2 indicates that 2013 winter precipitation was markedly below average <br />with 1.28 inches — only 42% of the 9 -year average. Summer of 2013, autumn of 2013, and spring of <br />2014 were all above average with 4.88, 6.76, and 3.12 inches, respectively (152%, 183%, and 129% of <br />average, respectively). <br />Attachment 2.04.1OC Page 5 May 2017 JR -14) <br />
