(“Valco”) <br />and conveyed to South Forty Recreation, LLC (“South Forty”), in accordance wit <br />90-137(11), C.R.S. The required renewal fee of $257 has been paid under receipt no. <br />3678616. This approval will cover the period June 1, 2017 through May 31, 2019. <br /> <br />PLAN OF OPERATION <br /> <br />The Canon City East pit was previously operated under a c <br />the Lamar East Pit and the Rocky Ford East Pit. Valco conveyed the Lamar East Pit to the City <br />of Lamar, and separated the Rocky Ford East pit from the combined plan due to changes in <br />the water supply.
