TSF Construction. Delays associated with the final construction and operation of the mill continue to be influenced by poor metals market conditions. Meetings with potential investors were not successful in 2016 and we were not able to secure financing. We continue to meet with interested parties and while hopeful that we will receive funding to complete the project, it is not likely that this will happen to support construction activities for the 2017 building season. 4. Si na e. Permanent mill permit identification signs (metal-style) were maintained on the main gate to the facility and on the mill building, identifying the UMC and our permit number. 5. Fencin-g. The barbed wire property boundary fence was repaired in various areas where it was broken by wildlife. Fence maintenance is required by our Lake County Conditional Use Permit. 6. Permit Boundary. Permit boundary stakes were maintained as required. 7. Mill Facility Activity. The mill buildings and equipment were maintained in preparation of reconditioning and restarting the mill. 8. Sediment Control. Sediment control measures were performed on an as needed basis (temporary silt fence construction around the ore stockpiles, temporary historic tailings
