NOW <br />Bowie -2 MR -133 approved the 2012 installation of four utility holes to be installed north of <br />the large ventilation fan above the D -Seam portals. MR -133 also approved the 2012 <br />installation of GVB-13F. <br />Bowie -2 MR -134 approved the installation of an emergency vent hole into the B13 tailgate <br />bleeder entry. Due to technical difficulties this vent hole was not installed. The drill pad <br />for the emergency hole was constructed. <br />Bowie -2 MR -135 approved the 2013 installation of an emergency gob vent hole for the <br />613 panel (GVB-B13C-1). <br />Bowie -2 TR -78 approved the 2013 installation of six gob vent holes and one exploration <br />hole. They are GVB-B14F, GVB-B15A and exploration hole SS -8. GVB-B15B, GVB- <br />615C, GVB-B15D, GVB-B16A will be drilled in 2014. <br />Bowie -2 MR -146 approved the installation of 4,300 feet of 6 inch diameter schedule 80 <br />HDPE pipe adjacent to the existing Pitkin Mesa pipeline. The new pipeline will be located <br />over longwall panels B-15 and B-16. <br />Bowie -2 TR -86 approved the 2014 installation of ten gob vent holes and three exploration <br />holes. They are GVB-6166, GVB-1316C, GVB-B16D, GVB-B17A, GVB-13176, GVB- <br />B17C, GVB-B17D, GVB-617E, GVB-B19A, GVB-B19B and exploration holes 2014 -SS -A, <br />2014 -SS -B and 2014 -SS -C. Exploration hole 2014 -SS -A was deleted from the permit by <br />TR -96. <br />Bowie -2 MR -152 approved moving eleven gob vent holes. The 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 <br />series holes were moved. <br />Bowie -2 TR -90 approved the 2014 and 2015 installation of two gob vent holes GVB-B17F <br />& B19C. TR -90 also relocates GVB-1315A. <br />Bowie -2 MR -155 approved the July 2014 drilling of replacement monitoring well DH- <br />67blw. <br />Bowie -2 MR -164 approved the fourth quarter 2014 drilling of replacement monitoring well <br />CW I -DH -58A. <br />Bowie -2 TR -108 deleted GVB-9A, 913, 9C and associated roads during August 2016. <br />There is an existing light use road shown on Map 9 that runs down ephemeral channel <br />EPH-1 to exploration hole 2014 -SS -C. This road segment is about 0.3 miles long and <br />has a grade of over 25%. This road was originally used at the direction of the BLM to <br />access the two deep bedrock monitoring wells, 2010-1B and 2010-1 SS under NO1 CX - <br />2005 -217-10. BRL requires safe access to the gob vent boreholes to install and maintain <br />methane pumps, which are critical to miner safety. The hazardous steep road segment <br />mentioned above will no longer be needed or used once the Section 5 light use road is <br />constructed. Bowie -2 MR -165 approved the construction of the Section 5 light use road. <br />Bowie -1 TR -112 approved the drilling of four holes from existing drill site TC -03-01. The <br />holes (Ox -2017-1,2,3,4) are being drilled to remove one seal in the 1 west mains to <br />enable pressure equalization across the set of seals. The pressure equalization will <br />enhance coal bed methane recovery. <br />TRA 12 2.05-49- 05/17 <br />
