On April 7, April 8, and October 4, 1999, Terracon installed nine piezometer wells for the above
referenced project as requested for purposes of monitoring the groundwater levels during the mining
and extraction operations. Terracon has been requested to monitor the groundwater levels on a bi-
monthly basis until further notice. The following table shows the depth of where groundwater was
measured from the ground surface elevations for Monitoring Well Nos. 1 through 9 for the year 2000.
