Weekly Groundwater Monitoring

Dear Mr. Welch,
On April 7, April 8, and October 4, 1999, Terracon installed nine piezometer wells for the above
referenced project. Terracon monitored groundwater levels on a weekly basis through July 9, and then
on a semi-monthly basis through October for Monitoring Well Nos. 1 through 5. After Monitoring Well
Nos. 6 through 9 were installed in October of 1999, Terracon has been monitoring the wells on a semi-
monthly basis. The following table shows the depth of where groundwater was measured from the
ground surface elevations for Monitoring Well Nos. 1 through 9, starting on October 12, 1999.

On January 4, 2000, Well No. 3 could not be found. It appears this well may have been destroyed
during the plowing of the field. Terracon will continue to monitor the piezometers indefinitely until further
