Dear Mr. Welch,
On April 7, April 8, and October 4, 1999, Terracon installed nine piezometer wells at the above
referenced location (see attached maps for well locations). Terracon monitored groundwater
levels on a weekly basis through July 9, and then on a semi-monthly basis through October.
The following table shows the depth groundwater was encountered:
