Box <br />483, People, CO, 81428, has sub- <br />mitted a complete application for <br />e technical revision to the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining & Safety <br />for its approved Bowie Na. 2 Mine, <br />mining permit no. C-1996-083. <br />Technical revision no. 112 provides <br />for the driltin9 of up to four holes <br />from drill site TC -03-01, The holes <br />are being drilled to remove are <br />seal in the 1 west mains to enable <br />pressure equalization across the <br />set of seals. The pressure equalise- <br />tmn wil lenhance coal bad methane <br />recovery. <br />Most of the mine facilities are <br />located north of Bowie Road near <br />the old town of Bowie, CO. A <br />pump station, three sediment <br />ponds, the unit train Ipadran and <br />a coal mina waste pile are located <br />south of Bowie Road, The Fire <br />Mountain Canal is located south of <br />the mine facilities and north of the <br />unit train loadout.
