<br />(30) acres or less. If you plan to conduct a construction mittcrial extraction operation which meets these criteria, please follow the
<br />instructions provided in this package, in the Rules and Regulations, and in the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of
<br />Construction Materials, as required.
<br />RECOMMENDATIONS PRIOR TO FILING:
<br />7be Construction material Rules and Regulations (the Colorado land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials,
<br />Section 34-32.5-101, St Eq., C.R.S., and 2 CCR 407-1) and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") regulate the
<br />permitting, operational, and reclamation requirements forall construction material extraction operations in Colorado. It is your obligation to
<br />comply with the Act and Regulations. You are encouraged to obtain and review a copy of the Rules, available for $6.00 from the Division
<br />of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (the "Office"). In order to submit your application properly, it is recommended that you review the Act
<br />and:
