The following attachments are <br /> included with this cover letter. <br /> 1. Completed annual report form and <br /> 2. Annual report map. <br /> NOTE: The annual fee check for$791.00 was previously submitted and received by DRMS <br /> (confirmed by Michelle Ramirez). <br /> Mining and reclamation highlights from the report year include: <br /> ➢ A soil-bentonite slurry wall was completed around the outside of the Treiber A mining cell in <br /> August 2013. The slurry wall was approved by the Colorado Office of the State Engineer on <br /> January 27, 2014. The interior slopes and bottom of the Treiber A cell were graded in <br /> September 2014. <br /> ➢ The mining cells are currently being evaluated for marketable material. <br /> ➢ A soil-bentonite slurry wall was completed around the outside of the Treiber B mining cell in <br /> May 2016. The slurry wall leak test was approved by the Colorado Office of the State <br /> Engineer in a letter dated September 16, 2006.
