Groundwater monitoring wells GW -N56, GW -N57 and GW -N58 were previously anticipated <br />to become the points of compliance wells, but it is not clear if or at what point this will occur. <br />Please clarify the identification of the point of compliance wells. <br />Response: Sections 2.04.7, 2.05.6(3) and 2.05.6(3)(b)(v) of the permit application package <br />have been updated to clarify that groundwater monitoring well GW -N56, GW -N57 and GW - <br />N58 have been designated as points of compliance. <br />Also included with this adequacy response package are materials revised in response to your <br />adequacy comments and a change of index sheet to ease incorporation of this material into the <br />permit document.
