Technical Memorandum ■■
Cripple Creek&Victor Gold Mine ■
SGVLF Stability Evaluation—Nonagglomerated Tailings
NewFields Job No.475.0106.009
1 June 2017
;w It is recommended that CC&V conduct routine characterization testing of the current and
future primary ore types at the site. These characterization tests should include particle-size
distribution and Atterberg limits; and be used to identify potential changes in ore
characteristics as the resource matures. If significant variations in material, or campaigning
of the different ore types, are realized, additional strength and hydraulic tests should be
performed to assess changes in the composite material being placed within the facility.
Attachments: Figure 1, Attachment A, Attachment B, Attachment C, Attachment D
P\Projects\0106 009 Tailings Study\J-REPORTS\Agglomerator Removal Memo\TM VLF2 Nonagglomerated Tailings Stability_Rev2 docx
Page 8
