Roads to access these drill sites are also
included within this revision.
Exploration hole 310122-9 is being removed from the permit. It was never drilled and no
disturbance occurred related to this site.
The disturbance details needed for bond calculations are included in an attached table.
We likely will not be drilling all the exploration holes shown. Many are included to allow
optimum flexibility assuming positive drilling results.
A technical revision covering return shaft RS -13L will be submitted in the coming days. All
disturbance are included with MR -171 to eliminate redundancy between the submittals.
If you have any further questions please contact me at 970-675-4322.
Sincerely,
—a
Scott Wanstedt
Environmental Engineer
swanstedtr deserado xom
enc:
cc: Jeff Dubbert
Jennifer Maiolo — BLM
