We also appreciate the phone conversation on June 6, 2017 during which the <br />undertaking was discussed further. <br />Following the aforementioned e-mail and phone conversation, we understand that no additional <br />disturbance activity is proposed within the three acres proposed for transfer from the Golden Eagle <br />Mine permit to the New Elk Mine permit. As such, it is our opinion that a finding of no historic <br />properties affected is appropriate for the proposed undertaking pursuant to 36 CFR 800.4(d)(1). <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
