Please be advised that on May 12, 2017, Tracy and Ed Grimes, whose address and telephone number are 47570
Hwy. 24 P.O. Box 399,Limon, CO 80828; [phone], filed an application to convert M-2009-077, Dill Pit, a
110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The
mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 28,Township 9S,Range 57W,61 Principle Meridian,
in Elbert County. The application decision is scheduled for August 10,2017.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Elbert County Clerk&Recorder's office and at the office of
the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety,Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street,Denver,Colorado 80203.
