2017 GROUNDWATER MONITORING REPORT <br /> the background well, from the March 2017 sampling event(Table 2 and Figures 4, 5, and 6) remain <br /> higher than the wells installed downgradient of the CKD. <br /> As mentioned in Section 1.3.5, sodium was removed as a groundwater quality parameter for compliance <br /> and replaced with a potassium to sodium ratio of 0.5 as the NPL following the approval from the DRMS. <br /> As shown in Table 2 and on Figure 3, the potassium to sodium ratio in all monitoring wells continues to <br /> be generally less than 0.10, indicating that there is no discernible impact from the CKD disposal area. <br /> 7 <br />
