We have continued to remove material from stockpiles and will mine and process <br /> again when more material is needed. The following list outlines the various areas of <br /> disturbance at the mine. <br /> DESCRIPTION ACRES <br /> Stripped area 3.79 (yellow) <br /> Plant Site 4.50 (cross hatched) <br /> Partially mined area 4.93 (brown) <br /> 12. No reclamation is required at this time. Bond allows us to have 20.0 acres needing <br /> grading, and seeding and 840 feet of near vertical high wall. The conditions at the mine <br /> are less then bonded for. <br /> 18. Current Bond Amount $34,450.00. The bond was reviewed in January 2017 and was <br /> increased By $10,450.00. The amount of disturbance at the mine is less then allowed in <br /> the permit, the bond is adequate at this time. <br />
