Dear Mr. Cazier: Within CC&V's January 23, 2017 submission of responses to DRMS adequacy review comments, CC&V agreed to submit a TR to Amendment-I I addressing wildlife protection within 60 days of the approval of Amendment-11, with all materials in approvable form within 120 days of the approval of Amendment 11, June 7, 2017. The content of this TR aims to satisfy all concerns listed in Adequacy Item#40. Please find the enclosed Check # 200028785 for the amount $1,006 submitted to satisfy the technical revision fee. Amendment 11 permit modification request from DRMS The following is a list of permit modification requests made by DRMS to be addressed in this correspondence. DRMS's Amendment 11 and Amended Amendment 11 Adequacy Review Comment Number 40 on December 28, 2016 is listed in the following six parts: 40.0). Exhibit H—Wildlife Information • A wildlife report describing and enumerating all wildlife incidents resulting in injury or fatality within the last 5 years associated with the mining operation CC&V's response: CC&V completed a database search of all wildlife injury and/or mortalities directly related to mining activities within the last S years. Table 1 below summarizes the search in detail, however in summary, the following was found: 4 bird mortalities, I elk mortality, and 3 fox mortalities. See Table 1.
