SOLUTIONS <br /> July5, 2016 <br /> Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br /> Denver, Colorado 80203 <br /> Subject: Treiber Lakes, M-2011-049, Annual Report <br /> This annual report summarizes mining and reclamation activities at the Treiber Lakes site, Permit <br /> number M-2011-049, during the report year ending June 6, 2016. The following attachments are <br /> included with this cover letter. <br /> 1. Annual fee check f'or$791.00, <br /> 2. Completed annual report form, and <br /> 3. Annual report map. <br /> Mining and reclamation highlights from the report year include: <br /> A soil-bentonite slurry wall was completed around the outside of the Treiber A mining cell in <br /> August 2013. The slurry wall was approved by the Colorado Office of the State Engineer on <br /> January 27. 2014. The interior slopes and bottom of the "Treiber A cell were graded in <br /> September 2014. <br /> :- The mining cells are currently being evaluated for marketable material. <br /> :- A soil-bentonite slurry wall was completed around the outside of the Treiber B mining cell in <br /> May 2016. The slurry wall leak test is currently being conducted for approval by the <br /> Colorado Office of the State Engineer.
