The City plans on closing the gravel pit(s) presently located upon said property as soon as
reasonably possible.
The following structures are located on or within 200 feet of the proposed affected area:
1. That "Factory Ditch" storm sewer easement as described in that "Resolution" recorded
June 19, 1961 at Reception No. 430550 of the records of Logan County. Colorado pertaining to
an "Easement" dated September 16. 1960 a copy of which is attached hereto along with that
certain "Amendment To Existing Easement Agreement" recorded at Reception No 716923 in
Book 1005 at Page 94 of the records of Logan County,. Colorado. a copy of which is attached
hereto.
