Specifically, see <br />sections (II)(D)(3) and (III)(F)(4). <br /> <br />For the reasons described above, we request that the Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety hold a public hearing to provide accurate information as to the specific <br />activity to be undertaken at the Bowie #2 Mine by BRL, Oxbow, and J. E. Stover & <br />Associates, Inc.
