The mounting surface of <br /> the concrete for the neoprene rubber was roughened using a grinder preparing for installation. <br /> The neoprene rubber was on order but had not yet arrived onsite. Steel plate installation will be <br /> performed when the neoprene rubber arrives onsite. Observation and inspection of installation <br /> will be performed during the next scheduled site visit. <br /> 2.0 NEWFIELDS ACTIVITIES <br /> A Newfields representative was onsite on Tuesday March 21, 2017 to observe construction <br /> activities and inspect any installed containment upgrades.
