The enclosed May 5, 2017 North 40 and McNulty Overburden
Storage Facility Design Report prepared by Golder Associates provides detailed designs, stability
analyses, and operations and monitoring for the OSF. TR -25 supersedes the previous OSF design
approved by DRMS as TR -22 in 2012, and reflects a revised OSF footprint and provides detailed
designs for water controls certified by a Colorado licensed professional engineer. Once approved by
DRMS the new designs will be incorporated into the Environmental Protection Plan by reference.
Enclosed is one hard copy and an electronic copy (on flash drive) of the design documents and the
$1,006.00 fee applicable to a 112d operation. Thank you for your review and consideration of TR -
25. Please feel free to contact me at 719-486-7584 if you need any additional information.
Sincerely,
Raymond Lazuk
Environmental Manager
enc
