Red Arrow Gold Corporation
623 W Grand A
AZ Office: 623-551-4128
May 11, 2017
Ms. Virginia Brannon
Department of Natural Resources
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman St., Room 215
Denver, Colorado 80203
ve., Mancos, CO 81328
Craig's Cell: 970-560-0685
RECEIVED
MAY 16 2017
DIVISION OF RECLAMATION
MINING AND SAFETY
RE: Reason to Believe a Violation Exists and Notice of Board Hearing for Red Arrow Drill 2, NOI No. P-
2012-007 and Red Arrow Dome, NOI No. R-2009-018
Dear Ms. Brannon:
I received your letters for the above captioned permits two days ago, May 9, 2017. While I am unable to attend
your hearing, I do want to reemphasize that both of these permit sites were reclaimed several years ago, inspected
by DRMS officials and approved for bond release — all of which I have reported to the Division by mail numerous
times. The Division ignored my letters and inquiries multiple times, and here we are again.
Red Arrow Gold Corporation (Red Arrow) is the victim of criminal fraud perpetrated against it by Maximilian
Investors, LLC (Maximilian), and my experiences strongly suggest that the Division has been complicit in this.
The owners and principal officers of Maximilian were arrested on December 19, 2016 and indicted on eight
counts of fraud by five Federal agencies. I am attempting to provide written evidence (some of which was
withheld by the Division, despite being under Federal subpoena), in the hope that the owners and officers will be
indicted in Colorado for the same crimes they were indicted for in New York, including the same crimes that were
perpetrated against Red Arrow with the Division's participation.
Because Red Arrow was unable to withstand the five-year onslaught of legal actions brought against it by
Maximilian, by its hand-picked co-conspirator Receiver, and by the Division, Red Arrow has lost its 370 -acre
patented mining property, its valuable mining property in Silverton, millions of dollars expended on development
work, Iongstanding permits and valuable drill cores that were in the custody and under the care of the Division
during the time Red Arrow was locked out of its properties by your wrongful Cease and Desist Order.
I believe the only way now to see justice is if Maximilian's officers are first indicted in Colorado, under an action
in which 1 hope to participate. It is obvious to me and countless others that the State of Colorado Division of
Reclamation, Mining and Safety does not recognize the lawful rights of U.S. citizens and is more intent on closing
down valid and legal mining operations than in preventing and prosecuting fraud against Colorado companies.
Very Truly Yours,
CraigL ukko - President/CEO
Red Arrow Gold Corporation
P.S. PIease send all future correspondence to 623 W Grand Avenue, Mancos, CO 81328
