Notice of Violation No.MV-2000-049,Civil Penalties,and Cease and Desist Order <br /> Angie Pit,Permit No.M-2000-049,MV-2017-004 <br /> March 24,2017 <br /> page 2 <br /> The Formal Board Hearing will occur at 1313 Sherman Street,Room 318,Denver,Colorado,beginning at 9:00 <br /> a.m. on April 26,2017,or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered. At that Hearing,you will have the <br /> opportunity to present your defense. <br /> If the Division receives the delinquent annual fee,report and map, as well as payment for the civil penalty <br /> assessed for Violation MV-2017-004,by April 24,2017,this matter will be withdrawn from the Board's <br /> consideration. <br /> If this matter is brought before the Board, following the hearing,all parties have an opportunity to review and <br /> comment on a draft of the Board's Order before it becomes final. If you wish to do so,you must provide the <br /> Board a written request to review the draft Order prior to or at the time of the hearing, or you must inform the <br /> Board orally during the hearing your request to review the draft Order. The Board's attorney must receive your <br /> comments on the draft Order within three calendar days of the date the draft Order is emailed,unless that deadline <br /> is extended by the Board's attorney.
