MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD 110(1)ANNUAL REPORT <br /> For Season 2016 <br /> T. D. MINERALS MINING <br /> PERMIT NO. M-2006-034 <br /> 6 May 2017 <br /> Summary: <br /> T. D. Minerals Mining operated mechanized equipment on the Blue Streak No. 1 claim for <br /> eleven days in conjunction with Glacier Peak Mining and Quist Exploration. Site G was <br /> further opened.. <br /> Map Depicting Operations: <br /> Attached is a map which shows the four claims covered under this mining permit. The 14 <br /> permitted excavation sites are labeled by letters A through N and are indicated by dashed <br /> lines, either rectangular or circular, on the map. An orange area within a permitted site <br /> indicates an open excavation where work will resume during next season. A small area at <br /> Site G is open. Green shaded areas are excavations that have been refilled, recontoured, <br /> and reseeded but have not reached 80 percent regrowth. All previously mined sites have an <br /> 80 percent regrowth or better. <br /> Current Disturbances(2016): <br /> Dig Site G and a portion of Site H were excavated an additional 0.1 acre. Top soil was <br /> removed and stored uphill on Site H. Berms were established below the cuts. <br /> Reclamation Accomplished to Date(Including 2016): <br /> A total of 2.76 acres has been disturbed and reclaimed since 2006. This does not include <br /> reclaimed access roads. The access road to Site D and Road B remain open. Others have <br /> been reclaimed. <br /> Reclamation Accomplished During 2016 <br /> No new reclamation was accomplished during 2016. <br /> All sites were inspected for growth. All are at 80 percent or better. None show erosion <br /> problems. <br /> Trees and shrubs that have been previously planted continue to show about an 85 percent <br /> survival rate. Grass is showing evenly across the reclaimed sites and coverage continues to <br /> improve. <br />
