The pipeline will <br />run approximately 1,200 feet from the existing tie-in point to the existing sandstone <br />electrical substation pad, which is located adjacent to County Road 27. <br />Because of existing disturbance and human activity in the project area, and because the <br />proposed pipeline will run adjacent to an existing road, CPW does not anticipate the proposed <br />activity will directly affect wildlife species that occupy this area. <br />CPW appreciates the opportunity to provide comments for the Foidel Creek Mine Technical <br />Revision No. 87.
