The Division has not yet received a proof of publication for TR 87. Please ensure the notice has
been published and provide the Division the affidavit of publication.
a. TC has provided a copy of the affidavit of publication to you by email on April 26, 2017.

2. The application indicated that there is no additional disturbance, however burying the 1,200’ of
pipeline will create new disturbance. This acreage needs to be stated as disturbance in the
application, and on the disturbance and reclamation maps need to indicate this disturbance.
a. TC has updated the application to reflect the new disturbance along with a new bond estimate to
reflect the cost of reclamation for the pipeline disturbance. The updated documents are included
with this adequacy response. Also included is a pdf of Map 23C now reflecting the disturbance
area for the new pipeline.

Please review these responses and let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.
Feel free to contact me at (970)870-8273 should you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Miranda Blomquist
Engineering Technician, Environmental
