A new section, Section 2.3.6, has been added with specific information on the study along with an addition to Appendix D which contains the detailed vegetation study results. Section 2.3.6 would insert pages 2-122a through 2-122p in the permit document. New Map 48A has been included to show the vegetation for the PR -7 Mine Expansion Area based on the vegetation mapping and sampling completed in 2014. g) An updated operations, reclamation and mitigation of impacts plan for the new mining and reclamation activities required by Rule 2.06. At this time, no mining is planned in the PR -7 area. Proposed PR -7 Expansion Area pond construction. While not a direct response to any particular stipulation outlined above, enclosed is construction information for several ponds within the PR -7 expansion area to be built following approval of this PR. Sediment ponds will be constructed in Deacon, Jeffway and Deal Gulches to capture sediment from future mining disturbance in those drainages. The location of proposed sediment ponds Deal #2, Deacon #1 and #2, and Jeffway #1 and #2 are given on enclosed Map M51, Drainage and Sediment Control. Summary information for each of these ponds is found in Table 4.8-6 (pages 4-185, 4-186 and 4-186a). Design information is summarized in Table 4.8-7 (pages 4-189, 4-190 and 4-190a). Please note that there is missing information on Table 4.8-7. Work is currently underway to provide the missing design information and will be presented in a forthcoming revision. Diversion ditch information for Deal #2 Pond is included in Table 4.8-3 (page 4-177). Map M52 is enclosed to add proposed NPDES sites for Deacon (site 025), Deal (site 026) and Jeffway (site 027) Gulches. Spring sites are also updated in revised Map M52. Hydrologic model information is added to Appendix Q for Deacon Gulch (Section XXXVIII), Deal Gulch (Section XXXIX) and Jeffway Gulch (Section XXXX).
