W'e also appreciate the in-person meeting at I fistory Colorado on April 5, <br />2017 as well as the e-mail response we received on April 21, 2017 to our request for boundary clarification. <br />As the ahoy e referenced permit revision does propose additional surface disturbance, it is our opinion that a <br />iulding of no historic properties affected is appropriate for the proposed undertaking pursuant to 36 CI 'R <br />800. }(d)(1). <br />The consultation process does involve other consulting parties such as local governments and 'I'nbes, «•htch as <br />stipulated to 36 CFR 800.3 are required to be notified of the undertaking. Additional information provided b\ <br />the local government, Tribes or other consulting parties may cause our office to re-evaluate our comments and <br />recommendations. <br />If previously unidentified archaeological resources are discovered in the course of the project, work must be <br />interrupted until the resources are properly evaluated in terms of the National Register of Historic Places <br />eligibility criteria (36 CFR 60.4) in consultation with our office. <br />'lliank you for the opportunity to comment.
