We also appreciate the e mail and phone response we received on April 21, <br />2017 to our request for a map showing the proposed area of additional disturbance. <br />After review of the scope of work, we believe a finding of no historic properties affected is appropriate for this <br />undertaking pursuant to 36 CFR 800.4(d)(1) due to the disturbed nature of the APF. <br />Should unidentified archaeological resources be dtscovered in the course of the project, work must be <br />interrupted until the resources have been evaluated in terms of the National Register eligibility criteria (36 <br />CFR 60.-1) in consultation with our office pursuant to 36 CFR 800.13. Also, should the consulted upon <br />scope of the %pork change please contact our office for continued consultation under 36 CSR 800. <br />\\ e request being involved in the consultation process with the local government, which as stipulated to 36 <br />UFR 80(1.3 is required to be notified of the undertaking, and ,vith other consulting parties. Addtuonal <br />information provided by the local government or consulting parties might cause our office to rc-evaluate oUr <br />eligibility and potential effect findings.
