For <br />this reason, an AVS check was completed. No violations were found. <br />Response: Item Resolved <br />2) Map 2.03.4-1 and the Montrose County Assessor's Office list the landowner of #27 as <br />Timothy and Anna Higgs. On the proposed page 13 of Section 2.03.4(7), Cheryl Staats is <br />listed as the owner of #27. Please clarify the owner of parcel labeled #27 in Section <br />2.03.4(7). <br />Response: Section 2.03.4(7) has been revised to indicate the landowner of #27 as Timothy <br />and Anna Higgs, which is consistent with Map 2.03.4-1 and the Montrose County Assessor. <br />3) Map 2.03.4-1 and the Montrose County Assessor's Office list the landowner of 431 as John <br />Russell Stroh. On the proposed page 13 of Section 2.03.4(7), Robert Quiring is listed as the <br />owner of 431. Please clarify the owner of parcel labeled #31 in Section 2.03.4(7). <br />Response: Section 2.03.4(7) has been revised to indicate the landowner of #31 as John <br />Russell Stroh, which is consistent with Map 2.03.4-1 and the Montrose County Assessor. <br />4) In Section 2.03.4(7), Mineral Ownership, #19 - Garvey and Co., LLC is not listed as a <br />subsurface owner.
