Funding Corporation. <br /> Recitals <br /> WHEREAS,F.R.Funding Corporation is the owner of certain real property <br /> located in Huerfano County, Colorado as more particularly described as Sun Mountain <br /> Ranch. Said property is located in Huerfano County, Colorado. <br /> WJ AREAS, F.R.
