10. The following scrivener's errors were made in the Declarations,which
errors this affidavit intends to correct, as follows:
(i) The capitalized heading reads as follows:
DECLARATIONS OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND
RESTRICTIONS OF SUN MOUNTAIN RANCH

The bold faced words above shall read, and shall be deemed to have been
corrected to:

RESTRICTIONS OF SUN RIVER RANCH ROAD ASSOCIATION

(ii) The first paragraph of the Recitals reads:
WHEREAS,F.R. Funding Corporation is the owner of certain real
property located in Huerfarto County, Colorado as more particularly
described as Sun Mountain Ranch. Such property is located in Huerfano
County,Colorado.
