The application was deemed complete on May <br />4, 2017. <br /> <br />This revision proposes to transfer 3.0 acres from the Golden Eagle Mine permit to the New Elk <br />Mine permit. The area in question, the Northwest Airshaft Site, has been given Phase I bond release. <br />The applicant is proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for <br />disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Las Animas County Clerk and Recorder, 200 East First Street, Room <br />205, Trinidad, CO 81082 and at the Division’s Denver office.
