and being described more particularly as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line
of a tract of land the deed thereof being filed for record in the Office of the La Plata
County, Colorado,Clerk and Recorder as Reception No. 414617,whence the northeast
corner of said Reception No. 414617 being a ''/2"rebar with a 1-1/2"aluminum cap
stamped "PELS 8974"bears S 89°39'03"E, 80.05 feet; Thence N 89°39'03"W, 308.93
along the northerly line of said Reception No. 414617 to the north west corner of said
Reception No. 414617 being a %"rebar with a 1-1/2"aluminum cap stamped "PELS

New Access Road: The location of the mine entrance is located at 37°20.928 North;
108°4.567 West at an elevation of 8,728 feet above mean sea level (annsl). A portion of
the unimproved dirt access road across a portion of the S/2 NW/4,of Section 28,
extending a distance of six (6) feet on either side from a centerline more particularly
described as: commencing at the NW corner of that parcel described in Reception No.
612844, being a 2"aluminum cap on a 5/8"rebar stamped"Animas Surveying&
Mapping PLS 32437"whence an angle point of said parcel (a %2"rebar with a 3/4 " brass
tag wired onto it that is stand"LS 5836") beats S 23°27'05"E, a distance of 98.89 feet:
